The Attack of Sports Columnist

It's too many. WAAAAAAAAAAYYY too many. How many shows can ESPN have with these guys? The "four letters" was good with just the Sports Reporters (with Dick Schaap) and Pardon the Interruption. Now it's just so many guys on tv that it doesn't make sense.

For instance, this guy Skip Bayless rights for the paper in San Jose. What? Tell me why he needs to be on my television EVERY day. No reason. He teams up with Woodrow Paige on First and 10 everyday. This show is AWFUL. It's just two guys saying the most outrageous statements, no matter how retarded, just to keep the show interesting (...and I use that term extremely loosely). Poor Woody Paige may be able to write very eloquently, but he can't speak one coherent sentence.

On to Around the Horn. A bunch of guys with no personality, Bob Ryan (who I have the utmost respect for) and Jackass Jay Mariotti. This is supposed to be good television. PLEASE. The best part of the show is 5:30 when it's over and PTI comes on.

Back to the Sports Reporters. Mike Lupica is hosting it now. Are you serious. Lupica is one of those New Yorkers who thinks since he's from New York, he's right and EVERYBODY else is wrong. Then you had Jason Whitlock (who recently left the show and who'll I get to in another blog), Michael Kay ( I don't even know who this clown is), Dan LeRETARD aka Mr. Contrary, and every now and then just for respectability they'll bring in Ryan or Mitch Albom. Mr. Schaap has to be rolling over in his grave for with ESPN has done to the show he made famous.

How about this ESPN...show more sports and less people talking about sports. If I want to see that I'll just videotape sundays at my house.
