I Have a Question...

For my white brothers and sisters: Do you really care that much about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's sinful union or Britney Spears and Kevin Federline disfunctional marriage? Goodness gracious. They're on the cover of every celebrity magazine and are headline news on these nightly news shows.

I'm dead ass serious, because while you go ga-ga over these people who wouldn't give 2 dog terds about you, there are real problems in the world. Maybe these cheesy stories are your relief from having to worry about those problems, but this is out of control.

New Orleans is STILL in bad shape. There are many people who continue to live without a home. The crime in New Orleans has reached another level. That's nothing to worry about though.

You see how expensive gas is out here. It's already at $3 a gallon in the DC area and it's just the beginning of the summer. I got at 3.30 by the Fourth of July. That's nothing to worry about though.

I just want an answer to my question because I can't understand this at all. I find this concept ridiculous.
