What I've been thinking about

These are just the idle thoughts I've been having lately...

I knew Dwayne Wade was good, but I was very skeptical to start saying he was the best guard in the NBA because he had just finished burning the Wizards. He's been doing it to the Pistons now and putting up numbers that Kobe couldn't even do. What's more impressive is that he can do it with a major limitation to his game, he can't shoot.

I could watch Emmanuel David Ginobli play all day long. He just put some moves on bammas in the series with the Suns that was ridiculous.

Speaking of the Suns, will the person who stole Shawn Marion's game please give it back?

Baffling thought of the week: So on August 28, 2004, everyone was all up in arms about why the USA didn't win the gold medal in basketball. One of the major reasons why is because they didn't have nearly enough time together to play championship level basketball. So, now we have to send a team to the Tournament of the Americas to qualify for the World championships. That tournament begins August 24 this summer. They are going to have tryouts for that team using pro players from leagues other than the NBA (NBDL, CBA, Euroleague) beginning August 6. So you're going to make the same dumb ass mistake with players lacking the skill level that those NBA players have. That makes no sense.

Dumbest question I was asked recently: TNT shows their promo for game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals Sunday night and my sister, know full well it's a best 4 out-of-7 series, says: So the series is tied 3-3 right? Nah, Miami is up 4-2, but they wanted to give Detroit a Mulligan.

Lil Wayne got loose (No Homo) on that Al Green joant.

Juvenile thought of the week: Anybody who watched GI Joe remember the Cobra Twins who felt everything the other felt. I know now that this is impossible, but what if it was? What if one of them was getting some good dome while the other was in a business meeting or something? Wouldn't that be funny?

I mean really, why is Roy Jones Jr. trying to rap? Maybe he thought he'd be good at that now since he's been bad at ducking punches recently.
